Maintain functional and process documentation
Communicate requirements to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
Exposure to Retail or E-Commerce systems
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience using JIRA or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of SQL or data concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
