Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Camco is a company focused on the RV market, looking for a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts with RV dealerships and service centers. Responsibilities
Own and grow the territory to achieve or exceed sales targets across RV dealers, RV dealer groups, and specialty retailers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with RV dealers, parts & service managers, buyer teams, and distributor sales reps
Grow Camco’s presence on the lot and in the parts store by driving placement of core RV product categories (towing, sanitation, fresh water, electrical, leveling, etc.)
Prospect and onboard new RV dealers and expand Camco’s share with existing accounts through promotions, dealer programs, and training
Conduct regular in-person store visits, ride-alongs, and virtual meetings to understand dealer needs and present tailored product and program solutions
Support dealer programs and merchandising initiatives (e.g., planograms, displays, day-of-delivery kits, hitch programs) to help dealers increase their RV accessory sales
Partner closely with distributors to align on promotions, inventory, and joint dealer calls throughout the region
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer feedback within the RV channel to inform territory strategy and product focus
Represent Camco at RV shows, dealer open houses, trade shows, and customer events across the territory
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, customer service, operations) to support dealer needs and resolve issues quickly
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory plans to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of territory sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence dealer owners, GMs, and parts & service managers
Comfortable leading in-store trainings, line reviews, and ride-alongs with distributor and dealer sales teams
Self-motivated and able to manage a large multi-state territory independently, including overnight travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for planning, reporting, and pipeline management
Willingness to travel up to 70–75% within the assigned territory (dealer visits, distributor meetings, shows, and events)
Preferred
Experience selling into RV dealers, automotive/aftermarket dealers, powersports, marine, or similar dealer channels strongly preferred
