They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their design team and help create intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences in the Web3/Fintech space, focusing on complex user flows and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design across complex user flows (wallets, dashboards, onboarding, transactions)
Translate product and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
Create high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and interaction specs aligned with design systems
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership on roadmap execution
Work with the design team to ensure cohesive, high-quality outputs that support Autheo's growth
Conduct and apply user research with a strong focus on usability, trust, and clarity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product design experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or complex SaaS products
Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain concepts, financial UX, or security-driven products
Proven ability to design for scale, edge cases, and real-world constraints
Expert in Figma and modern design workflows
Strong product thinking and communication skills
Preferred
Experience building or contributing to design systems in fast-paced tech environments
Portfolio demonstrating Web3/Fintech projects with measurable impact on user adoption
