Handle intellectual property litigation matters, including patent infringement and trade secret disputes
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
Collaborate with attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case theories
Participate in hearings, court proceedings, and other advocacy-related matters
Support all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of experience practicing intellectual property litigation
Juris Doctor degree and active admission to the State Bar of the office location
Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage assignments independently and work effectively within a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
