Responsibilities
Create motion assets for product interactions, marketing videos, and brand storytelling
Design animations that explain complex Web3/financial concepts simply and elegantly
Collaborate with product and marketing to enhance user experience through motion
Define and maintain motion principles aligned with the brand
Qualification
Required
5+ years of motion design experience in tech or product-led environments
Strong skills in After Effects (and related tools)
Experience creating both marketing and UI-driven motion
Ability to balance creativity with clarity and performance constraints
Preferred
Familiarity with Web3 or fintech products is a strong plus
Experience integrating motion into Web3 interfaces or campaigns
