Responsibilities
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet organizational goals and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications and integration plans
Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team, ensuring solutions are implemented correctly
Ensure solutions comply with federal security protocols and agency policies
Conduct reviews and audits of architectural solutions to ensure quality and performance
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems or related field is preferred
Certified Implementation Specialist in at least the following areas: Discovery, Service Mapping, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources (HR)
Experience in leading deployments
Experience in deploying ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM
Strong technical and architectural skills
