Responsibilities
5+ years of experience with integrating and deploying applications with Single sign on products (SSO) such as Ping, Azure AD and Okta
Must have minimum 3 years of SSO integration and troubleshooting experience
Candidates must have experience integrating multiple applications using different SSO protocols (example: SAML2, OAuth2/OIDC)
Hands on experience troubleshooting SSO issues with end users
Must be very familiar with the concepts behind SSO protocols and why parameters are set behind these protocols
Experience with incident, problem and change management
Experience configuring alerts with tools such as Splunk
Experience handling major production incident bridges with multiple stakeholders
