Responsibilities
Identifies functional process issues and develops proposals for process structures to improve performance effectiveness
Conducts complicated management studies pertaining to performance review methodology
Analyzes complex data regarding past, present, and projected process activity
Consolidates findings from analyses into written reports
Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates implementation of accepted proposals for improving metrics
Reviews and analyzes data regarding enterprise-wide functional business processes to evaluate the efficiency of operations against requirements
Researches and develops new or innovative approaches and evaluation techniques to review process effectiveness and explore logistics solutions

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement
Creditable specialized experience includes: Identifies functional process issues and develops proposals for process structures to improve performance effectiveness
Conducts analysis on business processes and procedures and makes recommendations
Develops reports based on findings
