Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and developers, responding to telephone and email inquiries regarding interconnection applications and application status
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience throughout the interconnection process
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external developers, and individual customers
Review, process, and track Distributed Energy Resource (DER) interconnection applications with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure all documentation is complete and meets required process and compliance standards
Assist in drafting and updating program documentation, including job aids and process materials
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, 3–6 years of relevant business or operational experience
Strong communication skills
Solid organizational abilities
Foundational understanding of electrical and renewable energy concepts
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and developers, responding to telephone and email inquiries regarding interconnection applications and application status
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience throughout the interconnection process
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external developers, and individual customers
