Responsibilities

Prepare and file all quarterly, annual and periodic SEC filings, including Form 10-K, Proxy Statement, Form 11-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K as well as beneficial ownership Forms 3, 4 and 5, accurately and timely and in line with the applicable reporting requirements
Assist in the research and conclusion on GAAP/SEC accounting and external reporting issues, including the implementation of new Accounting Standard Updates
Assist with external audit process and prepare effective audit documentation, where necessary
Deliver ad-hoc reporting as required
Assist with Firm and employee compliance with the insider trading policy
Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process as deemed necessary
Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes (in areas where there is judgment or specialty needed)
Assist with the preparation of executive compensation materials
Assist with equity and stock-based compensation accounting, including tax implications
Partner with the Tax department regarding any other tax matters that may arise, as deemed necessary
Participate in assigned special projects, as deemed necessary
Partner with the accounting and finance operations teams, as appropriate

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
4-7 years related work experience
Strong technical GAAP accounting knowledge
SEC reporting knowledge
Financial analysis knowledge
Auditing and/or working for an SEC registrant experience
Emphasis on financial reporting
Internal controls experience
Audit and SOX compliance experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Preferred

Combination of private and public accounting experience
Public accounting with a national accounting firm
Accounting operations
