Scientist (Microbiology, Sterile, Brevundimonas diminuta)
Aequor is seeking a Scientist with a background in microbiology to support microbiology-related methods in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves working with methods such as endotoxin, bioburden, and sterility, as well as advanced technologies for microbial detection and identification.
Responsibilities
Support microbiology related methods such as, endotoxin, bioburden, sterility and other compendial methods associated with microbial control
Work with Sterile Filter Validation (working with Brevundimonas diminuta)
Apply advanced understanding and hands-on experience in various analytical platforms such as compendial microbial methods, rapid methods for microbial detection/identification and advanced technologies for detection of bacteria
Qualification
Required
Candidates that have industry experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing (from Microbiology background)
Scientist will support microbiology related methods such as, endotoxin, bioburden, sterility and other compendial methods associated with microbial control
Experience with Microbiology methods such as Endotoxin, Bioburden and Sterility
Experience with Sterile Filter Validation (working with Brevundimonas diminuta)
Experience working at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology microbiology and manufacturing are preferred
Advanced understanding and hands-on experience in various analytical platform such as compendial microbial methods, rapid methods for microbial detection/identification and advanced technologies for detection of bacteria
