Technical Sales Manager
ProSearch is hiring a Technical Sales Manager for a confidential manufacturing client. This role oversees a team, providing leadership and technical guidance while managing customer inquiries and driving efficiency in sales and product development.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the team in achieving sales and profitability goals
Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and performance within the company’s capabilities
Oversee the development and refinement of technical quoting models and supply chain strategies to improve accuracy and responsiveness
Ensure that high-value opportunities are properly scoped, resourced, and communicated across departments
Act as point of escalation for internal and external customers
Provide detailed technical and program-level updates to senior leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) or 10+ years of equivalent technical experience in engineering, supply chain, or technical sales
Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate engineering concepts for diverse audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional technical, supply chain or account management teams
High level of accountability, urgency, and ownership of customer and program outcomes
Comfortable making informed decisions, even when they may be unpopular or require trade-offs
Preferred
5+ years of experience in leadership or technical sales management
Experience in precision manufacturing is a plus
