Responsibilities
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned sector or industry
Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to appointment setting, leading meetings, on-boarding, and ensuring long-term customer success & strong relationship management
Collaborate with your other sales leaders and outside/inside representatives to maximize every opportunity and meet assigned budget and performance goals
Use companies' enterprise-level sales tools to target company-identified accounts, convert warm leads, document activity, and enter customer data into company CRM
Showcase our values in every interaction, always prepared, positive, and respectful, as you build trust and provide industry leading customer service
Qualification
Required
3+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, as well as cold-calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be adept at using our CRM tools, tablets, and company provided hardware
Must demonstrate a strong desire to understand companies' equipment, its functionality across diverse environments, and its limitations, applying this expertise to provide tailored customer solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is not required but is a plus
