Responsibilities
Build, operate, and support SD-WAN solutions (Versa, Fortinet)
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot SD-WAN in global enterprise environments
Perform Day 0 / Day 1 / Day 2 activities and develop runbooks
Integrate SD-WAN with WAN, LAN, and security platforms
Provide L3/L4 support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
Support multi-region deployments (US & LATAM)
Lead network migrations, upgrades, and new deployments
Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of networking experience with strong SD-WAN focus
Hands-on expertise with Versa SD-WAN and Fortinet SD-WAN
Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec, QoS
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP connectivity
Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills
Preferred
SD-WAN vendor certifications (Versa / Fortinet / Cisco)
CCNP / CCIE / NSE or equivalent
