Coordinate benefits between vision and medical payers
Manage denials and appeals
Update and communicate changes in fee schedules
Communicate with retail staff or patients about insurance benefits
Manage aging accounts
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in medical and/or vision billing
Proficiency in Medicaid and Medicare billing processes
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
Dependable, efficient, and focused on excellence in every task
