Responsibilities
Serve as the Palantir subject-matter expert in active pursuits and early opportunities
Lead discovery sessions and use-case framing with client stakeholders
Advise on platform fit across Foundry, AIP, and Gotham
Contribute technical input to proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, assumptions, and effort estimates
Partner with account teams to clearly articulate business value and implementation approach
Lead end-to-end solution design for initial Palantir engagements
Translate business requirements into scalable Foundry/AIP-based architectures
Serve as hands-on delivery lead during pilots, PoCs, and Phase 1 implementations
Define data integration patterns, ontology design, and operational workflows
Guide clients on Palantir best practices and platform capabilities
Ensure delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and execution momentum
Act as a trusted technical advisor to client data, analytics, and business leaders
Collaborate with Palantir field teams and partner ecosystem resources
Establish credibility through strong execution and measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or enterprise platform delivery
Proven hands-on delivery experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham
Prior involvement in consulting sales cycles or pre-sales engagements
Experience leading early-stage implementations, pilots, or enterprise rollouts
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and integration architectures
Practical experience with Foundry components: Data pipelines, Ontology design, Operational applications
Familiarity with AI/ML enablement and operational analytics use cases
Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into actionable technical solutions
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments
Hands-on and execution-oriented
Strong communication skills across executive and technical audiences
Able to work independently while aligning with sales and delivery leadership
Preferred
Experience with Palantir AIP strongly preferred
