Required

Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
Familiar with the vehicle manufacturing process
Strong problem solving skills, with tenacious approach to drive issues to closure
Natural curiosity to understand the causes of issues and learn from past experience
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
Strong communication skills, relationship building skills and public speaking ability

Preferred

Automotive plant experience
Experience on formal problem solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis)
Project management training or experience
