Akkodis is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist for a Contract position with a client located in San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of AP processing experience in a high-volume environment
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Excel proficiency (including formulas, data validation, and reporting)
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable handling phone conversations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience processing high daily invoice volumes
Proven ability to adapt quickly to new assignments and environments
Customer service mindset with experience resolving issues via email and phone
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when deadlines are at risk
