Responsibilities
Support the tasks and requests of the leaders in Operational Effectiveness
Such as: identifying gaps or blockades in the current process, renaming work queues in Epic, standardizing codes, etc
Take charge in Project Management for workflow redesign
Create SOPs with minimal support from leadership
Lead the creation of Powerpoints and Presentations to share with stakeholders and other departments
Work independently on tasks given by leadership to progress forward with different projects
Coordinate with and identify key stakeholders for specific projects and initiatives
All other duties as designated by leadership
Qualification
Required
Healthcare revenue cycle background is required
Understanding of common workflows (self-pay, AR, patient access, financial assistance, vendors, Epic, etc.)
Project management experience in large, complex organizations, supporting implementations
Strong Epic experience
Change management skills and the ability to partner with operational leaders, manage resistance, and ensure adoption
Strong experience in coordinating and facilitating stakeholder communication (executives, directors, frontline staff)
Ability to standardize workflows and documentation: SOPs, job aids, Visio, SharePoint, etc
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with dotted-line accountability
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to bring clarity to disorganized processes
Strong data/Excel skills to track initiatives, monitor progress, and present updates
Confident facilitator who can lead working sessions with cross-functional teams
Comfortable in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
Self-starter – able to work independently without needing heavy direction

Experience with Waystar Agency Manager is a plus
