Responsibilities
Lead and deliver workstreams within finance and digital transformation programs focused on process optimization (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash), operating model design, and technology enablement
Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations leveraging automation and analytics
Collaborate with senior leaders to design transformation roadmaps that align with client strategy and operational goals
Oversee development of deliverables that provide clear, high-impact insights and implementation plans
Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering professional growth and strengthening delivery capability
Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and case study creation
Contribute to internal initiatives to enhance methodologies, frameworks, and digital transformation tools
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or technology advisory
Proven success in initiatives involving process redesign, automation, and data-driven improvement
Experience across multiple ERP and finance platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft D365, or Intacct
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders
Excellent project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Industry experience in SaaS, biotech, manufacturing, or other high-growth sectors
Exposure to global delivery models and international collaboration
Ability to use analytics and reporting tools to drive finance process optimization and performance measurement
