Publix Super Markets is committed to developing its associates through its Summer Internship Program. The Real Estate Assets intern will support the Real Estate Asset Technology Team by analyzing data, managing records, and compiling reports for various teams within the department.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze key tenant and Publix information
Review and analyze data discrepancies between multiple systems
Manage department records, including clean up and standardization of electronic Real Estate legal documents
Compile comprehensive reports for multiple Real Estate teams

Required

Must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May; or If graduating from a bachelor's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester; or If graduating from a master's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester
Must be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or Business and be a current sophomore or above (rising junior or above as of the program start in Summer 2026) or a graduate student
Analytical skills
Ability to analyze financial data and create reports
Detail oriented and organized
Good communication skills; both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with legal documents and record management
Understanding of Real Estate and financial terminology
