Responsibilities
Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products
Qualification
Required
Proficient on the Aerospace FAIR process per AS9102 and QMS per AS9100
Able to read and interpret GD&T
Able to use hand held gauges, such as calipers, micrometers, etc
Knowledge of NADCAP special processes, such as welding, braze, coatings, paints
Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Works under immediate supervision
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
