Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the following branches: Callicoon, Ellenville, Grahamsville, Kingston, Liberty, Monticello, Narrowsburg, New Paltz, Rock Hill
Hardware and software deployment and troubleshooting
Conference room support ( MTR rooms )
IPhone deployments , etc
Support for new branch builds
Remote End-user support
Equipment relocation as needed
Collaborate closely with other IT teams and the retail team
Handle tickets for the Capital Region and remote tickets outside the region as needed
Occasional off-hours/weekend/holiday work for special projects
Occasional travel to headquarters in Boardman
Occasional drive outside of the region to cover an emergency
Maintain effective and consistent communication with management
Adhere to code of conduct and dress code
Qualification
Required
