IT Helpdesk Internship

Responsibilities
You’ll start by joining the company‑wide intern project, then jump into the daily rhythm of the Help Desk
You’ll answer calls from employees who need technical support and respond to tickets submitted through ServiceNow
You’ll help set up, deploy, and support new or replacement equipment and software, and you’ll assist with maintaining our technical inventory so everything stays organized and up to date
You’ll also create and update IT documentation, support larger‑scale IT projects when available, and get exposure to the tools and systems that keep a modern IT department running
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Ability to manage time, complete projects on schedule, and escalate issues when needed
