Intern - Pharmacy Compliance
Publix Super Markets is committed to developing their associates through their Summer Internship Program. The internship focuses on pharmacy compliance and regulatory affairs, allowing interns to work with various teams to ensure compliance and support for community pharmacies.

Responsibilities
During the internship, you will primarily work with the Patient Safety team on evaluating and analyzing recently updated processes and tools
Additionally, you will spend time with the Clinical Compliance, Pharmacy Training, Regulatory Affairs, and Licensing & Accreditation teams, learning how we evaluate programs and ensure timely compliance and comprehensive support for our retail teams
Qualification
Required
Must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May
Must be enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy program at an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school and be a current P1 or P2 student as of the program start in Summer 2026. (This internship does not qualify or provide credit towards APPE requirements.)
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills to complete assignments in a timely manner
High level of maturity, judgement and tact
Preferred
Current Publix pharmacy associate
Desire to impact and enhance community-based pharmacy practice
