Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent
five (5) years of experience preparing technical specifications and providing solutions to complex applications, system stability, network and database related issues impacting production environment
performing troubleshooting, code investigation, test plans, monitoring batches using various set of complex tools and technologies
using relational databases, including Oracle procedures and performance tuning
interacting with programmers to identify and resolve technical issues
working on data analysis and Perl/Shell scripts for application monitoring
working on bug reporting/tracking and documentation
coordinating and executing production rollout
maintaining a controlled large-scale production technology environment, validated by auditors and regulators
notifying of any discrepancies in the health during production and automation restoration, with a focus on continuous measurement of risk and cost
providing effective technical solutions, application support to operations team, and fixing issues efficiently
conducting incident, problem and change management
writing various test plans, monitoring critical batches, and applying quick technology fixes to run the business without disruptions

Preferred
