Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across our Salesforce ecosystem, encompassing both Salesforce Field Services and Customer Relationship Management platforms
Own Salesforce Products across the organisation, setting and driving the roadmap for Salesforce solutions
Work closely with a team of engineers, providing advice and guidance where needed and reviewing the products they work on
Champion best practice and embed security-by-design when designing and building engineering solutions
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Salesforce Field Services and Service Cloud are essential
Proven experience of working with Lightning Web Components
Experience mentoring junior members of staff
Be comfortable writing Apex code and building Lightning Web Components
An understanding of Salesforce Architecture
