Responsibilities

Develop and implement methods for process control , process improvement , testing , and inspection to ensure products meet quality standards
Design and support testing equipment; perform product testing and analysis to reduce defects and failure rates
Review quality data, investigate nonconformances, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues and support supplier quality improvement initiatives
Work as an individual contributor , applying sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision

Required

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
1–5 years of quality engineering experience preferred; entry-level candidates and recent graduates with 6–12 months of relevant experience will be considered
Exposure to verification and validation activities and medical device quality systems is a plus
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
