Senior LevelEmpiric is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Functional Consultant for a long-term engagement with an established end client in the manufacturing industry. The role involves providing senior-level functional expertise within a Dynamics AX 2012 environment, supporting and optimizing existing AX processes, and contributing to planning for migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities
Provide senior-level functional expertise within a Dynamics AX 2012 environment
Work closely with business stakeholders to support and optimize existing AX processes
Lead functional analysis, configuration, and system improvements
Support ongoing enhancements and issue resolution
Contribute to planning and readiness activities for a future migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Collaborate with technical teams and key business users to ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics AX 2012
Senior-level experience working on complex ERP implementations or support engagements
Experience within the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Exposure to or involvement in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations upgrade or migration projects
Experience with manufacturing, finance, or supply chain modules
