Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate end‑to‑end ServiceNow workflows to support Cloud Services, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders to understand, refine, and translate functional needs into clear technical build specifications
Architect and oversee workflow integrations with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Azure, ensuring that triggered workflows initiate the correct backend automation
Manage and coordinate development cycles, working back‑and‑forth across teams to ensure requirements, designs, and implementations remain aligned
Integrate ServiceNow workflows with broader automation and IT service management processes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Workflow, Form Design, and Integration modules, with the ability to architect end-to-end solutions (hands-on background required, but current hands-on execution not required)
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical build requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience designing or integrating with automation platforms, including Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Azure Automation
Familiarity with CMDB, Service Request Management, and related ITSM/ITOM modules (CMDB experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of integration design patterns, workflow logic, APIs, and best practices for scalable ServiceNow implementations
