Responsibilities
Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues
Responding to business inquiries via email and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users
Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems
Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements
Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities
Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices
Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams
Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage
Qualification
Required
Provides technical assistance to clients using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Troubleshooting issues related to modules for financials
Resolving problems through analysis of system logs, configuration checks, and coordination with other support teams
Functional support of the platform
Expertise to configure, develop, and implement integrations in the platform using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules
Responding to business inquiries via email and ticketing systems
Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems
Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules

Experience with Reporting Tools: HCM Extracts, BIP and OTBI
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and related technologies
Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose technical issues systematically and identify root causes
Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users
