Responsibilities
Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture. Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks
Reporting and Metrics: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and present findings to executive leadership
Risk Management: Ensure PMO practices align with the company's overall risk management strategy. Apply delivery methodology effectively, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required
Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA
Excellent presentation skills including written, oral, presentation
Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations
Preferred
Masters in management discipline is a plus
Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent a plus
