Responsibilities
Create motion content for product launches, brand campaigns, social, and events like Canvas
Own projects end-to-end: concept, storyboard, animation, editing, and sound design
Translate complex product features into clear, engaging visual stories
Collaborate with product marketing, corporate marketing, and events teams
Experiment with AI image and video tools to create content at scale
Help evolve Miro's motion design language and maintain consistency across touchpoints
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional motion design experience
Exceptional 2D animation skills with a portfolio that demonstrates strong taste and timing
Experience across the full production cycle - storyboarding, animation, editing, sound
Comfort working fast and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools (Runway especially) and eagerness to learn more
Self-direction: you take a brief and run with it without heavy oversight
