Responsibilities

Assist with projects aimed at improving customer care workflows and operational efficiency
Support the team in developing resources and tools that enhance customer interactions
Participate in research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Contribute to initiatives that improve customer engagement and satisfaction
Perform reporting and analytics to measure project outcomes and operational performance

Required

Must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May; or If graduating from a bachelor's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester; or If graduating from a master's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester
Must be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing, media, project management, consumer insights, business management, or a related field and be a current sophomore or above (rising junior or above as of Summer 2026) or a graduate student
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong writing skills for various communication channels
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work demands
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

One or more years of customer service experience
Experience in contact center operations
