Responsibilities
Partner with teams within customer experience, and our product, engineering, and tools teams to improve processes and the resulting customer experience for our Dashers
Produce, dig into and use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience
Accomplish your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel/SQL to creating a budget to implementing timelines, aligning partners, testing ideas, achieving and measuring results
Partner with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment
Ability to partner with teams within customer experience, product, engineering, and tools teams
Experience in producing, digging into, and using data and insights to identify opportunities
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis
Strong organizational skills and ability to create structure
Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions
Ability to thrive with a diverse set of responsibilities across disciplines and teams
Effective communication skills, both persuasive and listening
Ability to act with urgency and prioritize speed in accomplishments
