Responsibilities

Prospect, engage, and secure new clients hiring HR and Total Rewards talent
Generate and qualify job orders across all Total Rewards and HR leadership levels, from Manager through Director, VP, and C-suite, including Total Rewards Heads, VP of Rewards, Chief People Officers, and CHRO-level engagements
Drive business across direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire engagement models
Achieve and exceed sales targets, job order goals, and revenue quotas
Conduct consultative discovery with HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, and Finance leaders to uncover hiring needs and priorities
Educate clients on market trends, candidate availability, and HR/Total Rewards talent strategies
Position Search Solution Group as a strategic recruitment partner with differentiated headhunting expertise
Partner closely with specialized recruiters focused on HR and Total Rewards delivery to ensure alignment from intake through placement
Maintain pipeline health and clear communication with the recruiting team to support delivery and client satisfaction

Required

5–10+ years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience within a staffing, recruiting, or professional services environment
Proven track record of winning new job orders and closing business with mid-market or enterprise clients
Experience engaging HR leadership, Total Rewards decision-makers, or similar functional buyers
Strong consultative sales skills with a hunter mentality

Preferred

Experience selling niche or specialized staffing solutions, ideally in HR or Total Rewards recruitment
Network of HR or Total Rewards professionals and hiring influencers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
