Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical engagements
Support investors, fund managers, and operators across active transactions
Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score
Depending on certification approvals, Deal Analysis Associates may be engaged to support live transactions through: Financial Modeling & Valuation, Due Diligence & Transaction Support
Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for
Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved Initio Sphere training
Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Diligence)
Become verified on the platform
Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work
Qualification
Required
Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
