Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters under U.S. federal and state laws
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership arrangements
Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations, including healthcare, data privacy, and employment laws
Advise on corporate governance, internal policies, and compliance frameworks
Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
Support business expansion, partnerships, and strategic initiatives from a legal perspective
Coordinate with external counsel and support litigation or dispute resolution matters when required
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise management on business impact
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and in good standing
3+ years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate, contract, healthcare, and regulatory framework
