Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
Conduct initial consultations to assess case eligibility based on firm criteria
Accurately collect and document sensitive client information in our case management system
Provide clear, compassionate communication and address questions about our services
Support marketing efforts through follow-ups and lead tracking
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
Experience in a high-volume call center or customer-facing role (sales, hospitality, or legal intake preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
Ability to work in a standard office setting with regular use of computers and phones
Must be able to sit for extended periods, occasionally stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 25 lbs
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and input data efficiently
