Responsibilities
Contributing to UI/UX design for web and mobile (TeamLive, HarriLive, TeamHub)
Supporting the implementation of consistent navigation and interaction patterns across roles and device types
Helping translate AI-driven logic into user-friendly screens and designing for new Agentic UI patterns like conversational UX and adaptive UI
Collaborating in maintaining and expanding Harri's design system, component library, and standards
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/Data teams to bring designs from concept to delivery
Supporting usability testing and utilizing heatmaps and analytics to inform design improvements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to produce reusable components, specifications, and documentation that enable multi-product consistency
Experience with discovery and prototyping of mobile-first and AI-powered interaction models
Ability to participate effectively in design reviews, feedback sessions, and UI/UX refinement cycles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to utilize user behavior data to propose experience enhancements
Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment
A commitment to ensuring accessibility and inclusiveness across platform experiences
