Responsibilities

Develop, calibrate, simulate, and analyze Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models of bispecific antibodies to influence key stakeholders
Integrate datasets from multiple sources to estimate model parameters
Work closely with experts in oncology to align on interpretation of model predictions
Present your work to leadership at the conclusion of the internship

Required

Must be pursuing a Ph.D (enrolled student)
Modeling field – Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or other Pharmaceutical Sciences fields
2+ years of hands-on experience with Matlab/Simbiology, R, Python, or other ordinary differential equation software. Familiarity with version control platforms is a plus
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills with high attention to detail are required
