Responsibilities
Administer and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud , including households, relationships, and financial accounts
Manage users, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy in compliance with security standards
Build and maintain Flows , validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning record pages
Support Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality as it relates to FSC users
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Maintain data quality through audits, rules, and ongoing cleanup
Support releases, testing, and deployment activities across Salesforce environments
Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing platform support
Ensure configurations align with governance, compliance, and audit requirements
Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model
Strong understanding of data relationships and sharing
Strong understanding of flow-based automation
Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare)
Ability to work closely with business, product, and technical teams
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Administrator required; FSC Specialist preferred)
Experience supporting wealth management, banking, or insurance users
Exposure to integrations with downstream systems
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps / CI-CD processes
Experience supporting large or multi-team Salesforce orgs
