Account Specialist
CallRail is looking for an Account Specialist to work with their highest value customers in various sectors including healthcare and real estate. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, implementation calls, and effectively selling CallRail's products to inbound leads.

Responsibilities
You will conduct product demos for prospects and convert them to free trials
Implement net new leads with CallRail’s suite of products and convert them to customers
Uncover business initiatives and pain points to map back to our solutions
Research and understand various lines of business and personas
Sell on Value and Return on Investment vs. technical functionality
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of exceeding quota as a software Account Executive
2 years of software sales experience as an Account Executive; strong preference for marketing technology sales done over Zoom
Experience with high volume B2B sales is a huge plus
Amazing written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in solution-selling, account planning, and forecasting/pipeline management
Proficiency using Salesforce and Google Suite
Can work as part of a team and/or independently
Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment
BA/BS strongly preferred
Preferred
Experience with Outreach is a plus
