Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets to optimize project performance and efficiency
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and executive management
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector
Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including budget management and scheduling software
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus
