New GradAirbus Operations is looking for a Working Student within the field of AOG Supply Management. In this role, you will support the team in managing the flow of materials and developing solutions for AOG situations while maintaining communication with suppliers and internal customers.

Responsibilities
Manage the flow of materials to Airbus and find solutions to solve AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
You will support the team to develop creative ideas to satisfy short term demand
You will communicate demand to suppliers and take care of placing and following up orders, analyzing late deliveries and managing recovery plans
You will also monitor Supply Chain performance on a day-to-day basis and maintain regular contact with suppliers
You will maintain regular communication with the internal customers about progress of the order. You like working on short term demand in a reactive and proactive approach and think out of the box to propose solutions
Qualification
Required
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or an equivalent field of study
You have a good level of English
You are a good team player with excellent communication skills, and are perceptive and customer-oriented
Preferred
Knowledge of German, Spanish or French would be a plus
