This role is responsible for the development and coordination of all marketing activities, providing administrative support to management for business development.

Responsibilities
Manage and track current requests for proposals (RFPs/RFQs)
Manage and track proposal logs and sales data
Design, edit and assemble proposals
Design marketing materials such as project sheets and brochures
Design and maintain firm website
Coordinate onsite photo shoots with photographer
Edit and archive project photography
Write and edit project descriptions & data
Manage and edit staff resumes
Manage database of Standard Language used for proposals and presentations
Update and maintain firm Intranet site
Produce color floorplans, elevations and site plans for presentations
Design PowerPoint presentations for interviews and client meetings
Prioritize deadlines of proposals and interviews
Research upcoming projects
Qualification
Required
AS or BS in marketing or a related discipline with 7-10 years of experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, website design software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
