Manage and support day to day IT operations
Lead two direct reports
Act as technical escalation for complex issues
Manage external IT vendors and service providers
Prevent recurring issues through documentation and process improvement
Support warehouse and manufacturing systems including shipping, receiving, and work orders
Contribute to solution building rather than pure break fix
Qualification
Required
5+ years of overall IT experience
2 to 3+ years managing an IT function or small team
Strong Windows Server and infrastructure background
Comfortable running day to day operations without heavy oversight
Manage and support day to day IT operations
Lead two direct reports
Act as technical escalation for complex issues
Manage external IT vendors and service providers
Prevent recurring issues through documentation and process improvement
Support warehouse and manufacturing systems including shipping, receiving, and work orders
Contribute to solution building rather than pure break fix
Windows Server administration
Active Directory, basic Entra ID, Microsoft 365
Networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, and access ports
Remote monitoring and management tools such as NinjaOne
Basic scripting and automation
