Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair control systems and automation equipment
Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial equipment and instrumentation
Program and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical systems including VFDs and motors
Implement and follow safety standards and best practices during maintenance activities
Utilize welding techniques such as ARC, MIG, and TIG for equipment repairs
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed

Required

Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
Proven experience in maintenance of industrial equipment
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with control systems, automation, and robotics
Experience with SCADA systems and programming
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and procedures
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in an industrial environment
Proficiency in welding techniques such as ARC, MIG, and TIG
