Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor, customer, and licensing agreements

Manage and coordinate external counsel on litigation and specialized legal matters

Assist with legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Conduct legal training for internal teams on compliance and risk management

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Oklahoma or ability to obtain licensure promptly

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with legal issues specific to manufacturing and HVAC industries
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
High ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making
Strong cognitive abilities, including critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial sectors
Certification in compliance or corporate law
