Responsibilities
Perform PCB placement, constraint definition, layer stack-up, and power plane design
Route electrical nets with consideration for length matching, signal integrity, and high-speed design constraints
Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, ensuring accurate Gerber release for manufacturing
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define, review, and implement design requirements
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members across the design cycle
Qualification
Required
Education: BS/BA or AS/AA in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on PCB eCAD design experience
Strong communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively in a team and customer-facing environment
Proficiency in Siemens Xpedition Layout and DxDesigner VX
Experience with PCB eCAD libraries using EDM flow
Hands-on experience with constraints editor system, Fablink (penalization), variant manager, and drawing editor
Strong understanding of the end-to-end PCB design flow (schematics → layout → Gerber release)
Expertise in Digital, Analog, and Mixed-Signal PCB design
Preferred
High-speed PCB routing expertise, including power planes, creepage and clearance rules, and length matching
Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as SATA, DDR4/DDR5, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, PMIC
Experience with RF board design
Familiarity with Automotive industry standards and PCB manufacturing processes
